Pasithea Collaborates with Glimpse
Pasithea Therapeutics Corp. announced its partnership with The Glimpse Group Inc., working together to produce virtual reality (VR) content for mental health therapy, support and human interaction. VR unites a patient and therapist in a shared environment and can create scenarios to reflect specific traumatic events or simulate emotionally loaded conversations. Glimpse and Pasithea will co-develop VR environments to support the care of patients with psychiatric disorders in a safe and effective manner, which can lead to improved patient outcomes. Glimpse has experience in developing solutions such with VR technology with leading companies, hospitals, and universities.

Trial Launches to Explore Using Virtual Reality to Treat Shortsightedness in Children
July 27th 2023A new trial will determine the effectiveness of using virtual reality to treat myopia in children. The treatment combines the use of a VR headset with a phone app that is designed to stimulate dopamine releases in the retina.
